Will of Hemisphere Holdings secures $1.8 million

Richard Will, president of Hemisphere Holdings Corp., arranged the sale of Northwood Townhouses for $1.8 million. The 36-unit property, located at 540-550-560 West North St., sold to EZ Properties, LLC. The seller was Dr. Olaf Lieberg.
