According to Houlihan Lawrence, one of the leading real estate firms serving New York City's northern suburbs, White Plains agent Biagio "Gino" Bello has again been named the county's best broker by Westchester Magazine's "Best of Westchester."
The list, chosen by readers and editors, is released annually by the publication to showcase outstanding local shops, businesses and professionals.
"This acknowledgment is proof of the respect Gino has earned from his clients and the entire community," said Chris Meyers, managing principal of Houlihan Lawrence. "He is a remarkable asset to the firm and all of us at Houlihan Lawrence are proud of him for his achievement."
Since entering real estate 11 years ago, Gino has achieved over $200 million in sales to date and an average 100.46% list-to-sale price ratio for single-family homes in the county for 2014. His prior career in corporate finance has enabled him to connect with clients at great analytical depths, helping him understand their needs, wants and capabilities.
"We continue to be extremely proud of Gino and constantly admire his dedication, commitment and hard work," said Geoffrey Berry, manager of Houlihan Lawrence's White Plains office. "His level of community involvement and knowledge is unparalleled, and is what draws so many Westchester homebuyers to him."
Bello's key areas include much of the county, including (but not limited to) Eastchester, Scarsdale, Tuckahoe, Hartsdale, Harrison, Bronxville, Purchase, Hawthorne, Thornwood, Yonkers and White Plains, where he resides with his wife and two young children.
Bello and the other honorees were celebrated at Westchester Magazine's Best of Westchester Party on July 22nd, held at New Rochelle's Glen Island Harbour Club.
