New York Life Real Estate Investors placed the financing, on behalf of institutional investors, of 51 Sleeper St., a 146,000 s/f office property. The building sits parallel to Fort Point Channel and has unblocked views of the Financial District and Boston Harbor. The $33 million loan has a term of 10 years.
"51 Sleeper St. is a great asset located in Boston's fast growing Seaport office market with excellent access to all the amenities in downtown Boston," said David Li, director of loan originations in New York Life Real Estate Investors' New York regional office. "We are pleased to add such an excellent quality property to our commercial mortgage portfolio."
