Payne of Alcott HR earned the Society of Human Resource Management's Senior Certified Professional designation

According to Alcott HR, one of the leading provider of Human Resources (HR) outsourcing solutions with offices in Farmingdale, Manhattan, Buffalo and Rochester, NY, staff member, Stacey Payne, PHR, a Human Resource Specialist based in the Buffalo office, has earned the Society of Human Resource Management's Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) designation. According to SHRM, this certification is awarded to HR professionals "who develop strategies, lead the HR function, foster influence in the community, analyze performance metrics, and align HR strategies to organization goals." To earn the certification, Payne had to meet eligibility requirements relating to her higher education and pass an extensive exam encompassing 180 questions. In addition to this latest professional credential, Payne holds the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification, which is awarded by the Human Resource Certification Institute, an organization affiliated with SHRM. At Alcott HR, Payne is responsible for advising the company's client owners and managers on a wide range of HR matters, as well as conducting training programs and addressing inquiries from clients and their employees. Payne is a member of SHRM and the Buffalo Niagara Human Resource Association. She received her bachelor's degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo graduating with honors and a double major in interdisciplinary social sciences and management. She also holds an associate degree from Villa Maria College in Buffalo, where she earned Dean's List honors for all four semesters. Payne is a resident of Akron, NY.
