Delavale of Breslin Realty brokers 10,000 s/f lease to Dollar Tree

According to Breslin Realty, a grand opening for a 10,000 s/f Dollar Tree was held at Medford Plaza. Additional Medford Plaza retail tenants include: Island Recreation, Edible Arrangements, Brick House Cardio, Medford Pastaria, Dunkin Donuts, and opening soon Vintage Vapors. Robert Delavale of the Breslin organization arranged and negotiated the transaction for the landlord. Tom Rettaliata and Daniel Glazer from Ripco Real Estate represented Dollar Tree in this deal.
