United Realty, a sponsor of commercial real estate investment programs including the public non-traded REIT United Realty Trust Incorporated (URTI), has hired Christina Hutchison as national account manager for the Western Region and Ari Shaiken as assistant vice president of sales for the Southeast Region.

As the National Account Manager for United Realty's Western region, Hutchison will focus on developing relationships in the independent broker-dealer and RIA channels in order to broaden the selling group for United Realty's broadening suite of alternative investment offerings. Hutchison has more than 10 years of experience in the financial services industry and a broad understanding of varied investment products. She previously served as national recruiter for Table Bay Financial, a Field Marketing Organization, and was regional sales consultant at Altegris Investments, a provider of alternative investment products. Hutchison holds FINRA Series 7, 3, and 63 licenses. In addition, Hutchison holds a B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Houston Downtown.
In his new role as assistant vice president of sales, Shaiken will support Brian Neil, Regional Vice President for United Realty, to drive sales growth in the southeast. Prior to joining United Realty, Shaiken served as Director of Client Communications for a wealth management company located in Garden City New York. He graduated from Adelphi University with a degree in Business Management.
