Friedland Realty Advisors closes $10.2 million in sales

Friedland Realty Advisors arranged six retail deals throughout Westchester County and the Bronx. The following transactions include 50,000 s/f of space and land, totaling $10.2 million: * Friedland's Joe Pomerantz brokered the sale of 2,700 s/f of space and 12,500 s/f of land at 64 Centre Ave. in New Rochelle. The property was sold to Elliot Kracko from North Union Realty for $1.2 million. Pomerantz represented the former owner, Morchar Realty Corp. * In Yonkers, broker Karnit Mosberg led two transactions, including one sale and one lease. Bobjoy Motors purchased the 19,000 s/f property at 2020 Central Park Ave. from TD Bank for $2.55 million. Mosberg represented the seller in the transaction. In addition, Mosberg represented State Farm in the lease of 980 s/f at 2370 Central Park Ave. The landlord for the property is Tanglewood Shopping Center. * Brokers Steve Lorenzo and Mia Abdou represented the buyer and seller during the transaction of 151-165 E. Burnside Ave in the Bronx. The 10,000 s/f property, formerly owned by Marchaz Realty Corp., was sold to a private investment group. * Robin Herko and David Scotto closed the terms on a lease bringing Subway to 905 White Plains Rd. in the Bronx. The landlord for the 1,050 s/f restaurant is 905 WPR LLC. Herko and Scotto represented both the landlord and the tenant. * Rick Stassa brokered the lease of the property located at 934 E. Gun Hill Road. The landlord, Franciosa Development LLC, leased 4,300 s/f to 21st Street Associates LLC. Stassa represented both the landlord and tenant in the deal.
