What recent project or transaction are you most proud of?
I am proud of all of JLL's projects where we work to push energy and environmental performance as far as possible while meeting our clients' economic requirements. We recently achieved LEED-CI Platinum certification for a large new project with MetLife, and are working on two additional projects for the insurer to target LEED Platinum certification and as a High Performance Demonstration Project with the NRDC. I also worked with the Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts during the past 18 months to develop energy efficiency measures that we are currently implementing. I have also been working with the center's director of engineering to procure green energy, develop a robust demand response program, target incentives and devise an energy management program.
What recent honor, achievement or recognition has meant the most to you and why?
This year, I was honored as a Woman of Valor and Humanitarian Award Recipient by the St. Francis Food Pantries & Shelters. It was a great honor for me. I enjoy working together to raise funds that provide thousands of children and families with food, medical supplies, diapers, school supplies and other necessary items that support families in need in N.Y.
