What recent project or transaction are you most proud of?
Advising and selling The Lee Estate Portfolio, a 17-property assemblage in the heart of Williamsburg, Brooklyn, one of the largest portfolios of lots ever offered simultaneously for sale in the neighborhood's history. This was an estate sale that required a specific buyer profile to understand and manage all the nuances involved.
What recent honor, achievement or recognition has meant the most to you and why?
Having Eastern Consolidated recognize my skills and accomplishments by promoting me to managing director and principal in February, and naming me Broker of the Year.
What is the first thing you do when you arrive in the office in the morning?
I begin working before I arrive in the office in the morning.
What time management strategies do you find to be the most effective for you?
I end my day by clearing out my in-box and responding to all emails, so that my clients have a response from me in the morning.
What is the best advice you have received and who was it from?
Understand who you are representing, manage any conflicts upfront, and provide clients with the best service possible.
What is your favorite quote?
"What your mind can conceive, you can achieve."
What did you want to be when you grew up?
I started out working in the textile industry but when the industry began moving off-shore, I turned my attention to real estate. After seeing how my Aunt was manipulated by a shrewd investor, I vowed to become an advocate for inexperienced owners who needed protection and guidance during the selling process, which in many cases, was their only real estate transaction.
