The transformation of Transwestern New York's office into a vibrant, collaborative forward-thinking model of what brokerage should and will be. What recent honor, achievement or recognition has meant the most to you and why? Being selected to join the Transwestern board of directors was an honor. I am proud to have a voice in the planning and direction of the firm and to bring a diversified perspective to the table. Who or what has been the strongest influence on your career and why? My father has been the strongest influence on my career. He taught me the value of time efficiency, organization and integrity. What time management strategies do you find to be the most effective for you? To facilitate a smooth morning and start to the day, I write emails at night and schedule them to be sent in the morning.
