This was a good year. I always enjoy working on construction projects that have access issues with neighboring properties. This year brought several to my door. I was able to negotiate very favorable arrangements for the buildings I represented. I also negotiated a number of retail and office leases. Those also had construction twists, which made them fun to work on.
