frog, the global product strategy and design firm, unveiled details around the move of the firm's current New York offices in Manhattan to Brooklyn, as the company has signed a deal to relocate to DUMBO Heights. The innovative mixed-use campus—five buildings totaling 1.2 million s/f of office and retail space that are re-envisioning the tech triangle—is being developed by partners Kushner Companies, LIVWRK and RFR Realty. "DUMBO Heights is optimally constructed to be a collaborative campus that meets the needs of an eclectic mix of innovative, game-changing companies," said Asher Abehsera, CEO of LIVWRK. "frog's approach to design perfectly aligns with the intentions for the property and its tenants. We look forward to the partnership and seeing what great work continues to comes out of frog New York." frog will lease 27,000 s/f on the seventh floor of 55 Prospect St. "The key motivation for our move was finding a physical space that was conducive to our project work and culture," said Hans Neubert, chief creative officer of frog. "The design industry has changed significantly over the years, but we are still iterative and experimental in terms of process. We found in DUMBO Heights an office space that was free of spatial constrictions, conveniently located for both our employees and global clients, and sits in the creative epicenter of New York." frog's move to DUMBO Heights is expected to take place in Summer 2016.
