Coldwell Banker Commercial Alliance secures 31,700 s/f retail listing at 116 Nassau Street in Manhattan

The New York office of Coldwell Banker Commercial (CBC) Alliance, a national real estate services firm announced they have secured an exclusive listing for 31,700 s/f of retail space at 116 Nassau St., the prominent 141,000 s/f, 12-story office building located on the North East corner of Nassau and Ann Sts.
