Schulte Roth & Zabel team represents Invesco Real Estate and Monday Properties in sale of The Helmsley Building

An affiliate of RXR Realty LLC acquired the interest in The Helmsley Building (230 Park Ave.) from a joint venture of Invesco Real Estate and Monday Properties Investments LLC. The Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP team representing Invesco Real Estate and Monday Properties Investments LLC was led by real estate partner Julian Wise and assisted by special counsel Seth Henslovitz. Richard Giusto and Danielle Gonzalez of Greenberg Traurig LLP's Miami office served as co-counsel.
