ABS Partners selected to lease ground floor comm'l. condominium

ABS Partners Real Estate, LLC has been hired to lease the ground floor commercial condo unit located at 45 East 30th St. between Park and Madison Aves. The retail unit is suitable for most uses, including restaurant and is comprised of 3,500 s/f on the ground floor, 1,500 s/f mezzanine and 1,000 s/f of basement space. The store features large flag signage and is located in a newly converted high end residential condo building. Ben Waller and Jay Caseley will be handling the leasing assignment for ABS.
