This was a complicated, highly structured deal. The 27,594 s/f property has one of the best retail locations in the area. Dwoskin represented both buyer and seller in this transaction. I.C.A. Over the last nine years, Dwoskin has sold over 280 single-tenant projects in 34 states and the District of Columbia. The aggregate sales price of these properties exceeds $1.1 billion.
