Burkhardt joins Cushman & Wakefield as senior director

Kyle Burkhardt has joined the Long Island office of Cushman & Wakefield as senior director. Previously a broker with Colliers International and a managing principal at Alliance Real Estate, Burkhardt is an industrial real estate sales and leasing specialist with extensive experience in both buyer/seller and tenant/landlord representation. Burkhardt formerly served as a financial analyst for Bear Sterns and loan officer for Concord Mortgage, giving him unique insight and understanding of the financial aspects of commercial real estate. Active in industry causes, Burkhardt is VP of the Commercial Industrial Brokers Society (CIBS) of L.I.
