Lopez of Island Associates brokers 1,100 s/f lease to Energy Fuel; Wierzbicki of Pliskin Realty represented the tenant

Suzanne Lopez of Island Associates, the landlord's broker, along with Chris Wierzbicki of Pliskin Realty, the tenant's broker, has leased 1,100 s/f of the shopping center located at 369 Little East Neck Rd. to Energy Fuel.​ Energy Fuel prepares and serves health conscious food for both on site consumption and take-out. Energy Fuel joins Crunch Fitness, Subway, Babylon Bagel Shop, Village Salon and various other tenants at the shopping center. ​Energy Fuel entered a 15-year lease with an aggregate base rental of over $520,000.
