Niblock and Roth of Friedman-Roth Realty Services broker $10 million sale of five-story walk-up

Friedman-Roth Realty Services LLC has completed the sale of a mixed-use Upper West Side building located at 392 Columbus Ave. (aka 102 West 79th St.) The five-story walk-up consists of 6 residential units and a retail store, which is occupied by The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, a national retail chain with 950 locations nationwide. The building, with a total of 5,277 s/f was sold for a price near $1900 per s/f for a closing price of $10 million. “The per square foot sales price is truly remarkable for mixed-use buildings on the Upper West Side,” said Eric Roth, owner and managing partner of Friedman-Roth Realty Services. The owners of neighboring 102 West 79th St. purchased the property. George Niblock of Friedman-Roth also brokered that sale in 2013 for a price of $16.65 million. Friedman-Roth Managing partners Niblock and Roth were the brokers in the transaction.
