GCP Capital Group arranges 15 deals totaling $367.54 million

GCP Capital Group LLC has arranged mortgage financing in the amount of $367.54 million for the following 15 properties:
* $198.5 million for a portfolio of six multifamily apartment buildings containing a total of 311 apartments and 13 commercial units, located on the Upper East Side of Manhattan. Paul Greenbaum, managing member, and Stephen Katz, senior associate of GCP, arranged the financing.
* $70 million for a 16-story retail/office building containing 164,000 s/f of office space and 10,050 s/f of retail space, located on West 28th St. in Manhattan. Alan Perlmutter, managing member of GCP, arranged the financing.
* $33.84 million for a six-story loft apartment building containing 87 apartments, located in the DUMBO section of Brooklyn. Greenbaum arranged the financing.
* $15 million for a nine-story fully leased loft building with ground floor retail comprised of 22,350 total s/f, located on Lower Fifth Ave. in Manhattan. Matthew Classi, managing member of GCP, arranged the financing.
* $8.52 million for a portfolio of four multifamily apartment buildings containing a total of 94 apartments, located throughout the Bronx. Jack Fried, senior associate of GCP, arranged the financing for this portfolio.
* $8 million for a six-story apartment building containing 38 apartments and 5,600 s/f of retail space, located on Broadway in Manhattan. Greenbaum arranged the financing.
* $7.875 million for a six-story apartment building containing 57 apartments and 4,900 s/f of retail space, located on Sedgwick Ave. in the Bronx. Adam Brostovski, principal of GCP, arranged the financing.
* $7.37 million for two six-story and one four-story apartment buildings containing a total of 106 units and three stores, located throughout Brooklyn. Michael Charnowitz, senior associate of GCP, arranged the financing.
* $4.5 million for an eight-story apartment building containing 22 apartments and 800 s/f of commercial space, located on Second Ave. in Manhattan. Classi arranged the financing.
* $4.5 million for a package of two apartment buildings containing a total of 53 apartments, located in the Fleetwood/Concourse Village neighborhood of the Bronx. Brostovski arranged the financing.
* $3.4 million for a four-story retail/office building comprised of 21,200 s/f, located on Third Ave. in the Bronx. Brostovski arranged the financing.
* $1.875 million for two contiguous one-story retail buildings containing a total of 10 commercial units, located on Laconia Ave. in the Bronx. Brostovski arranged the financing.
* $1.75 million for two contiguous retail buildings containing 10 commercial units, located on Laconia Ave. in the Bronx. Brostovski arranged the financing.
* A $1.26 million second mortgage for a package of three three-story apartment buildings containing 13 apartments and 1,500 s/f of commercial spaces, located in Brooklyn. Matthew Albano, senior broker of GCP, arranged the financing.
* $1.15 million for a two-story mixed-use building that will be converted into a four-story building with ground floor retail and five units on the upper floors, located on Graham Ave. in Brooklyn. George Spanos, senior associate of GCP, arranged the financing.
