Long Island Industrial, which owns and operates a mixed portfolio of commercial properties across Long Island, has completed a new lease with Lanco Corporation, which will occupy 67,200 s/f at 2905 Veterans Memorial Hwy.
Lanco, a manufacturer of promotional and hospitality products, is relocating to 2905 Veterans Memorial Hwy. from 350 Wireless Blvd. in Hauppauge. The company expressed interest in the property due to its modern features that include 28-ft. ceilings, along with ample space for loading.
Tommy Tsiolis, director of leasing for Long Island Industrial, represented Long Island Industrial, while Jim Dunn of Atlantic Property Services represented Lanco.
"The property's easy accessibility to the Long Island Expressway, along with its 28' clear ceiling height, heavy power, parking and loading space, were some of the key selling points that helped us to complete the deal with Lanco," said Tommy Tsiolis, director of leasing for Long Island Industrial.
Scott Slade, president of Lanco, said, "Lanco was under a very tight time constraint because we needed to move out of our current location quickly. Long Island Industrial moved rapidly to accommodate our requirements. We look forward to a long, mutually beneficial relationship with Long Island Industrial."
Situated on 50 acres in Suffolk County, 2905 Veterans Memorial Hwy. is positioned near MacArthur Airport and the Long Island Expressway. The 661,000 s/f industrial park consists of eight buildings offering a combination of office, R&D and industrial space.
Founded in 1985, Lanco Corporation has deep roots in Long Island, operating in Hauppauge since 1991. The company supplies promotional products through a network of distributors. Its product categories include food gifts, drinkware, bags, technology accessories, writing instruments, bath & body products and more.
