Forchelli Curto Deegan names Mongioi and Brennan partners; Lee hired as an associate

According to Forchelli, Curto, Deegan, Schwartz, Mineo & Terrana, LLP, attorneys Mary Mongioi and Frank Brennan have become partners at the firm. Additionally, Dana Lee has joined the firm as an associate.
"Mary started at the firm in 2004 and offers clients years of experience," said managing partner Jeffrey Forchelli. "She presently concentrates her practice in the tax, trusts and estates and corporate departments. In addition, she has mentored associates in the firm. We are pleased to have Mary as our partner."

He has enhanced our employment and labor law practice with his extensive experience in representing and successfully defending corporate employers, non-profit entities and construction contractors," said Forchelli.
Mongioi handles the litigation of estate matters as well as civil litigation, appellate practice, real estate and corporate matters. In addition to estate matters, she has experience handling the foreclosure of mortgages and other liens held by major financial institutions, mid-sized and small investors, and commercial enterprises, on both residential and commercial real property.
She has represented financial institutions in connection with loan transactions and drafting complex commercial loan documents for the restructure of non-performing loans, with emphasis on co-operative loans.
Brennan concentrates his practice in the areas of construction law, commercial litigation and labor and employment law. He represents clients in all segments of the construction industry, including contractors, construction managers, owners, developers, suppliers and equipment rental companies on both public and private projects. His representation has involved claims of non-payment, extra work, delay, changed conditions, defective work, default, termination, mechanic's liens and performance and payment bonds. Brennan also provides representation in connection with negotiation, drafting and implementation of collective bargaining agreements (CBA) and project labor agreements (PLA).
Lee concentrates her practice in commercial real estate transactions, real estate lending, condominiums and cooperatives, and corporate law. Prior to joining the firm and attending law school, Lee was a legal assistant at the legal department of a Korean-American supermarket chain, H-Mart.
