Hunt managed the demolition of the outdated interior and the construction of the new interior, consisting of 6,000 s/f of office and 14,000 s/f of warehouse space. The interior was completely designed and built to the new owner's specifications. The exterior was updated with new windows and a new roof. New fire sprinkler and fire alarm systems were also installed.
