Breslin Realty arranged the purchase of a strip center located at 650 Troy Schenectady Rd. Verizon Wireless, Dunkin Donuts, and 3 Stone Dental are the tenants. This property was constructed in 2008, and is located in a popular retail market that includes multiple shopping centers. Another draw in the immediate area is the direct proximity to the Albany International Airport less than 5 miles away.
