Bateman was also responsible for recruiting key personnel across various departments, providing internal technical support and helping to develop the company's structure. His new role encompasses further development of company standards, client acquisition, portfolio diversification and project management. "I am honored and extremely excited to work alongside the MGE partners," Bateman said. "This is a great time for this transition, with the company being named to Crain's 2014 Best Places to Work in New York City." Bateman holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the New York Institute of Technology in Old Westbury.
