The Building Owners and Managers Association of Westchester County revealed the election of its slate of officers for the 2015 term. Ian Ceppos of Colliers International was elected president for his second term. The officers and directors were sworn in at BOMA Westchester's Annual Holiday Party and Inauguration of Officers held December 11 at Westchester Hills Golf Club.
Other officers elected and sworn in for the 2015 term were: Vice president, William Bassett of Cushman & Wakefield; secretary, Susan Curtis, RPA, FMA of RXR Realty and treasurer, Scott Tangredi of Reckson, a Division of SL Green.
The following directors were also elected: Dean Bender of Thompson & Bender; David Berk of Normandy Real Estate Partners; Vinny Finnegan of Mack-Cali Realty Corp.; John Lomurno, SMT of GlobeOp Financial Services LLC; Caroline Molloy, RPA, LEED, AP of Cushman & Wakefield; Cameron Paktinat of Colliers International and Allied Representative is Paul Senecal of United Services of American, an Affineco Co.
