Hartman of Pliskin Realty leases 7,971 s/f on behalf of Advance Auto Parts

Marvin Hartman, executive vice president at Pliskin Realty & Development closed a 10-year lease with two five-year options on behalf of Advance Stores Company, Inc., operators of Advance Auto Parts (AAP). Hartman brokered the lease at 221-06 Springfield Gardens for a 7,971 s/f space which will be occupied by an Advance Auto Parts store. The space is located in a 22,000 s/f building, now operating as a flea market, which will be converted into a 22,000 s/f retail center by the owner, 221-06 Merrick Boulevard Associates. Hartman represented Advance Stores Co., the tenant, while the owner was represented by CPEX Realty.
Hartman is widely-recognized with the real estate industry and markets served for his in-depth knowledge and experience in retail leasing and development, retail and multi-family investment properties, and brokerage and management of commercial and multi-family properties. He is an accomplished dealmaker who has long-term relationships representing major national brands such as Advance Auto Parts. In addition, he is the long-standing broker for many private investors.
