Lightstone Group inks 5-year, 30,000 s/f lease at Kings Fairground Plaza

The Lightstone Group has completed a lease with Ollie's Bargain Outlet, Inc. at Kings Fairground Plaza.
Ollie's Bargain Outlet, one of the Mid-Atlantic's largest retailers of closeout, surplus, and salvage merchandise, is expanding its retail presence in the state with a five-year lease for 30,000 s/f. This new location is part of the company's aggressive growth plan.
Nestled on the Northwest corner of Piney Forest Rd., Kings Fairground Plaza is located at the intersection of Rte. 29 and Rte. 58.
