Joel Gorjian led Namdar Realty Group in the disposition of Huntington Plaza, a 190,000 s/f shopping center. Tenancy includes Aaron's, Hibbett's, JCPenney, Dollar General, Big Lots, Peebles, and other national/regional retailers. Namdar is looking to unload 15 other properties throughout the country, including New York.
