Ripco completes three retail leases: 38,500 s/f

Ripco Real Estate has completed three leases totaling 38,500 s/f. In the first deal, Brian Schuster of Ripco represented LA Fitness in the lease of a 32,500 s/f freestanding building at 2350 Jericho Tpke. In the next two deals, Schuster and Tom Rettaliata, also of Ripco, represented Vitamin Shoppe in 2,800 s/f and Noodles & Company in 3,200 s/f for the lease of a separate freestanding building in the shopping center. The center is located at the intersection of Jericho Tpke. and Nassau Blvd. Ripco also represented the landlord, BDG Garden City Park, LLC.
