Yunis of Newmark Knight Frank arranges two leases totaling 33,500 s/f

The Capital Grille has leased two locations totaling 33,500 s/f. The deals include:
* 17,000 s/f in the Time & Life Building in Rockefeller Center. Amira Yunis, executive VP and principal of the national retail group of Newmark Knight Frank, negotiated the long-term lease transaction on behalf of Darden Restaurants Inc., the owner of The Capital Grille. She was assisted by Newmark Knight Frank national retail group director Jared Lack. The building owner is The Rockefeller Group, represented in-house in by Ed Guiltinan of Rockefeller Group Development Corp.
* 16,500 s/f of retail space on the base and mezzanine levels of 120 Broadway, the 1.8 million s/f, 40-story tower owned by Silverstein Properties. Yunis represented Darden Restaurants in lease negotiations. Lack also assisted in the transaction. A CBRE retail services team comprised of executive VP Jedd Nero and associate Michael Kadosh worked with Silverstein managing director and senior VP Catherine Giliberti in arranging the lease.
