Regal joins Cushman & Wakefield as a director

According to Cushman & Wakefield, Douglas Regal, a commercial real estate professional with more than a decade of experience in the industry, has joined the firm as a director. He is located in the firm's world headquarters office in Midtown Manhattan.
Regal specializes in both landlord and tenant representation and has been involved in over 750,000 s/f of leasing transactions in Manhattan. In his role at ABS Partners Real Estate, LLC, he served as exclusive leasing agent for approximately 500,000 s/f of office space throughout Manhattan.

Cushman & Wakefield continues to expand its mid-level talent. The firm is committed to cultivating its future leaders to grow the next generation of talent at C&W. Recently, the firm hired Joseph Caridi, former COO for Colliers International, to serve as a senior managing director and a key member of the firm's tri-state management team. He will be responsible for driving growth, recruiting and executing strategic initiatives for the region.
While at ABS, Regal represented Varonis Systems in a 46,000 s/f lease renewal and expansion at 1250 Broadway, The Flatiron School in a 12,000 s/f lease expansion in Lower Manhattan and Artsy in a 10,500 s/f lease renewal and expansion at 401 Broadway. On the landlord representation side, Regal played a leadership role in the repositioning of both 1001 Avenue of the Americas and 401 Broadway.
Regal is a graduate of Binghamton University, where he received a bachelor's degree in finance. He is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York.
