Namdar Realty acquires free-standing Kroger Building

Kentucky Gorjian of Namdar Realty Group (NRG) lead his group for the acquisition of the free-standing Kroger building in Kentucky. Kroger has three years remaining on their initial lease term with multiple option periods. "With vigorous sales figures at this location, we foresee Kroger's staying at this site long-term." Said Gorjian of NRG.
