Koukou, Cannon and Diamond of Lee BQLI broker $9.2 million sale; 86,863 s/f office building sold to Green Holland Ventures

Lee & Associates BQLI LLC (www.leeassociatesnyc.com) has arranged the sale of 1101 Stewart Ave., a three-story, multi-tenant office building located between Selfridge Ave. and Merchants Concourse, to Green Holland Ventures LLC for $9.2 million. The 86,863 s/f, circa 1982 space includes a two-story concrete and steel parking deck. Tenants include Garden City Sleep Center, Garden City Pediatrics and Central Sports Care. "The large size, convenient parking and centralized location make this space ideal for a medical or multi-tenant office, and our buyer agrees," said Lee BQLI executive managing director/principal Kelly Koukou. "In fact, Orlin & Cohen Orthopedic Group has already signed a lease for 30,000 s/f." Koukou, Lee & Associates NYC vice chairman/principal John Cannon and Lee BQLI managing director Bradley Diamond represented the seller, Hudson Realty Capital LLC, and the buyer.
