Schuckman Realty completes Long Island leases

According to Kenneth Schuckman, president of Schuckman Realty Inc., the following deals have been completed:
* Three CVS Pharmacy stores have been relocated to free-standing buildings with drive-thrus. They are located in West Sayville, Hempstead, and Smithtown. Schuckman handled all three leases.
* Edward Gottlieb, CRX, CLS, of Schuckman Realty, facilitated the lease signing of Bridgehampton National Bank in Smithtown at 180 East Main St. BNB signed a long-term lease for 5,300 s/f at this former HSBC Bank branch and had its ribbon-cutting ceremony on Dec. 18th. In addition, Gottlieb also completed a lease with Sleepy's at the Islandia Shopping Center. The store is slated to open in January.
* The organic burger restaurant chain, BareBurger, has broken ground in Plainview replacing a former gas station in the Plainview Shopping Center at the corner of South Oyster Bay Rd. and Woodbury Rd. and joins Starbucks, ShopRite, Chase Bank, European Wax Center, Massage Envy and more. Nick Masson of Schuckman Realty represented BareBurger and Etan Shalem from Welco Realty represented the landlord. This is Masson's fourth deal with the chain including their lease on Merrick Rd.in Rockville Centre which is expected to open in February.
