Fox of CAMCO named Long Island Property Manager of the year by the Community Associate Institute

Port Jefferson Station, NY The Long Island chapter of the Community Association Institute has presented its annual Property Manager of the Year award to CAMCO director of operations Nancy Fox.
Fox has been with CAMCO since April 2013. CAMCO provides third-party management for residential and commercial properties as well as its own commercial portfolio on Long Island.
As director of operations at CAMCO, Fox oversees the property management services for 15 condominium, co-op and homeowner associations on Long Island comprising about 2,000 homes and is supported by six property managers and an administrative staff and interfaces directly with board members in each community to assure they are receiving CAMCO's high standard of service. The company also provides services to developers, banks and other lenders, and court-appointed receivers and bankruptcy trustees.

Prior to joining CAMCO, Fox served for 20 years as director of operations for Soundview Realty Group, of Farmingville, and as property manager at Birchwood at Spring Lake, a community of 733 homes in Middle Island. A licensed NYS real estate salesperson, she formerly was a member of the National Advisory Council of Prudential Commercial Real Estate.
Based in Commack, the Long Island Chapter of Community Associations Institute is a trade group for the community association industry in Nassau and Suffolk. Its members include professional managers and community volunteers from condominium, cooperative, and homeowner associations as well as those who provide services and products to associations. The Community Associations Institute is the largest organization supporting
community associations in the United States.
