DiMarco Group recently named Drew Dunham as a leasing representative. In this position, Dunham will serve as a key leasing representative for DiMarco's commercial and retail properties, including BayTowne, Tops Brighton Plaza and Fishers Ridge. Working under the vice president of commercial leasing, Dunham will serve as a liasion between current and prospective tenants and the leasing department. He also will assist with special leasing projects while devloping and maintaining relationships with the brokerage community. Dunham joins DiMarco Group from the International Student Placement Company, based in Manhattan, New York, where he served as a property coordinator. In this role, he was responsible for property acquisition and management and share-stay management. A resident of Greece, New York, Dunham earned a bachelor's degree in interpersonal communication, with a focus in marketing and sales, from Bowling Green State University.
