Michael DiBella, a sales associate with Pliskin Realty & Development, a prominent New York-Metropolitan area retail real estate brokerage, property management and investment firm, served as the broker in the following two retail leases totaling 3,600 s/f: * A 1,600 s/f space located in the Aero Plaza Shopping Center at 1040 South Broadway in Hicksville. DiBella represented the new tenant, All American Hero, a sandwich/hero shop, while the property owner, 1040 Hicksville Plaza, LLC was represented by Jack Chera of Crown Retail Services. * A 2,000 s/f store located at 467 Thomas S. Boyland St. in Brooklyn. The new tenant is Wayside Out-Reach Development, Inc., a not-for-profit organization providing home-delivered meals to Brooklyn homebound elderly. The property is owned by Pitrock Realty Corp. DiBella, who joined Pliskin in February 2014, concentrates on property sales and leasing assignments. He brings to his role extensive sales experience, as well as direct retail experience as a former owner/manager of multiple food and beverage enterprises.
