ERG Capital Advisors finances $1.1 million

ERG Capital Advisors (ERGCA) closed a loan acquisition on six parcels on Boston Rd. ERGCA arranged a 2-year loan for 100% of the purchase price the lots in the Eastchester section of the Bronx and one lot in Connecticut. The borrower is a long-term tenant and had an opportunity to purchase the real estate with intent to renovate and improve the space. The loan amount was $1.1 million.
