Richard Ferro, CCIM, of Prudential Blake Commercial, Realtors represented Cap Com Federal Credit Union in the sale of two properties and the purchase of a third totaling $6.3 million. The first was 453 New Karner Rd., a 5,600 s/f office building that was sold to the New York State Association of School Business Officials at a price of $600,000. Brenda Garretson of CBRE-Albany represented the buyers. The second transaction involved the sale of Cap Com's former corporate headquarters at 18 Computer Dr. East, a 30,978 s/f office building that was sold to JAK 18 Computer, LLC at a price of $1.7 million. The buyers were represented by Kevin Parisi and Mitch Grossman of Trinity Realty Group (TRG). In a third transaction, Ferro represented the Credit Union in the purchase of ten acres which became the site of their new headquarters building. The purchase price was $4 million and CBRE-Albany represented the sellers.
