Long Island City, NY The Greater New York Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) will hold an installation of their 2015 officers on Thursday, January 22, 2015. Special Recognition Awards will be presented to the following: * Real Estate Person of the Year: David Von Spreckelsen, division president at Toll Brothers, Inc. * Certified Property Manager of the Year: Elizabeth Majkowski, CPM, senior vice president, operations at SL Green Realty Corp. * Accredited Management Organization of the Year: NAI Long Island. * CPM Candidate of the Year: Max Ruperti, Phipps Houses. * Industry Partner of the Year: Gary Alexander, Belfor Property Restoration.
