The Greater New York Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) welcomed a new Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) to their organization. Ricky Pizarro, with Parkchester Preservation was presented with his designation by IREM chapter vice president of membership Terry Ann Havel, CPM, and chapter president Frank Socci, Jr., CPM.
