GCP Capital Group arranges 13 mortgages totaling $87.28 million

GCP Capital Group LLC has arranged mortgage financing in the amount of $87.28 million for the following 13 properties:
* $19.5 million for two apartment buildings containing 77 apartments in the Brooklyn Heights section. Paul Greenbaum, managing member of GCP, arranged the financing.
* $11.2 million for a six-story apartment building containing 86 apartments and eight stores, located on Holland Ave., Bronx. Greenbaum arranged the financing.
* A $10.225 million acquisition/construction loan for a vacant six-story building that will be gut renovated and converted into residential condos and commercial units on the Upper East Side. Adam Brostovski, principal and Matthew Albano, senior broker of GCP, arranged the financing.
* $8.2 million for a six-story apartment building containing 28 apartments on West 93rd St., Manhattan. Matthew Classi, managing member of GCP, arranged the financing.
* $5.925 million for two six-story apartment buildings containing 58 apartments and 5,800 s/f of commercial space on Washington Ave., Bronx. Brostovski arranged the financing.
* $5.7 million for a six-story apartment building with 70 apartments and three stores on Ward Ave., Bronx. Brostovski arranged the financing.
* $5.1 million for a six-story apartment building containing 42 apartments on Cruger Ave., Bronx. Greenbaum arranged the financing.
* $5 million for a two-story plus basement commercial building comprised of 29,000 s/f on Jerome Ave., Bronx. Louis Perlmutter, senior associate of GCP, arranged the financing.
* $4.5 million for a five-story Staten Island office building comprised of 64,680 s/f. Michael Charnowitz, senior associate of GCP, arranged the financing.
* $4.05 million for two five-story apartment buildings containing 60 apartments on Decatur Ave., Bronx. Brostovski arranged the financing.
* $3.38 million for a portfolio of three, three-story apartment buildings totaling 13 apartments and 1,500 s/f of retail space located throughout Brooklyn. Albano arranged the financing.
* $2.4 million for a five-story apartment building containing 17 units on West 133rd St., Manhattan. Alan Perlmutter, managing member of GCP, arranged the financing.
