October 27, 2014 - Brokerage
According to Douglas Elliman Real Estate, Andrew Azoulay, a top-ranked New York City real estate broker, has joined the company. A leading Downtown specialist, Azoulay's client base consists mainly of professional athletes and other high net-worth individuals looking to buy, sell, or rent throughout the city. Azoulay brings with him to Douglas Elliman more than $70 million worth of exclusive listings including a penthouse at 1965 Broadway. Previously, Azoulay was among the top-producing agents at TOWN Residential. "Andrew goes above and beyond for his clients, and his ability to shoot to the top of the New York City real estate game in a relatively short period of time is a testament to his laser focus on the needs of his clients," said Dottie Herman, president and CEO, Douglas Elliman. "I'm excited to welcome Andrew - he's a great addition to Douglas Elliman and I have no doubt that he will take his already successful business to the next level here," said Howard Lorber, chairman, Douglas Elliman. Azoulay began his real estate career just two years ago, and during that time, he has built an extensive list of prominent clients including NBA stars Jason Kidd and Paul Pierce. Previously, Azoulay enjoyed a 20-year career in the clothing industry, managing top brands like Calvin Klein and Paul Frank. "I had a wonderful experience at TOWN, but I felt in order to better serve my clients and grow my business, Elliman is a natural fit. Elliman's platform, resources, and new global alliance with Knight Frank Residential set them apart from any other brokerage and I'm looking forward to working with some of the most talented people in the industry," said Azoulay. Currently, Azoulay resides in Hudson Square and East Hampton with his wife and daughter.
