They laughed...oh they laughed. I went to everyone and they all threw me out to the wolves. I was divorced with three kids to feed. I let them all know one day you will hear of me and the deals I have done and you will be sorry you treated me this way. I had a fire in my belly that made me rack up deals left and right away from the nationals. What was the biggest obstacle in launching your own business and how did you overcome it? When you have your own company -you pay for everything, there is no paycheck. I put on my hat, a sincere smile on my face and marched into every company, big meeting, charity event and let them know I was here to help and guide them with their businesses. What one piece of advice would you give to a woman who is launching her own business in the real estate profession? Know your product, be prepared to work long hours and be a deal maker not a deal killer.
