My biggest fear was about being risk-averse after being in the nursing industry. Not taking risks in life contributes to failure, and not making opportunities and dreams come alive. What was your first job and what did you learn from it? I graduated from NYU School of Nursing. My first job was an ICU nurse on a medical surgical floor at NYU. I learned that I have faith and passion for my work. I enjoy organization and follow up. In nursing you must be meticulously enriched with organization, as well as being a good communicator and a team player. Switching careers I have cultivated these skills further in my career through hard work and always keeping my dreams. What is your favorite quote? "Failure is another's stepping stone to greatness" from Oprah Winfrey. I believe that you must take risks and through mistakes and perseverance, we will succeed in what we have set out to accomplish.
