Years in Commercial Real Estate: 7 yrs In the last 12 months, which project, transaction, honor or accomplishment are you most proud of and why? In the past there have been few opportunities for me to work with women owners in negotiating real estate transactions on their behalf. This year was different, I negotiated two leases, one for a woman president and one for a woman CEO of a publicly traded company. Both transactions occurred this year totaling 33,950 s/f. Both women were incredible to work with and I have been impacted by their style of doing business. What are you doing to increase your client base from local / regional markets to national / global markets? This year I have been focusing on investment sales and growing my data base beyond Long Island and expanding my horizon to include the South East corridor. As we round out the year, my contacts have led me to the Carolinas where I have just recently received my South Carolina real estate license and where I have been spending time getting to know the developers, shopping center owners and investors. I look forward to 2015 with an anticipated goal of accomplishing transactions from New York to Florida. BRING IT ON.
