Delavale of Breslin Realty arranges 2,000 s/f lease

Breslin Realty has completed a long-term lease signing with Just Falafel at the Country Glen Center. Just Falafel will occupy the 2,000 s/f endcap on Old Country Rd. This will be the first location on Long Island for Just Falafel, a vegetarian fast casual restaurant with 700 restaurants in 18 different counties. Robert Delavale of the Breslin Organization arranged and negotiated the transaction.
