The transaction was a direct deal between the Martignetti brothers and the Brodsky Organization, and details on the deal were not disclosed. The Martignetti brothers, known for Brinkley's and the East Pole, plan to use the space for an upcoming restaurant opening late fall. "The Martignetti brothers have demonstrated a continued track record of establishing successful restaurants throughout the city and we look forward to welcoming them into this space," said Alexander Brodsky, a principal at The Brodsky Organization. "The corner positioning of this space will offer the ideal location to grow their Upper East Side presence and develop a more diverse customer base."
