Van Der Bogart of CBRE | Syracuse secures $1.05m sale

According to Michael Finn, managing partner of CBRE | Syracuse, Larry Van Der Bogart represented the buyer InterFaith Works of Central New York in the $1.05 million sale of 1010 James St. InterFaith Works, a non-profit organization dedicated to interreligious understanding and social service programs, relocated its corporate offices from East Genesee St. Longley Jones Management Corp. and Syracuse Securities previously occupied 1010 James St., and recently relocate to Pioneer Business Park.
